Darkon is based on the original Emarthnguarth Outdoor Wargamming System developed by Frank J. Roso Jr.

The rules of Harchaon Hill are meant to act as a guide. No one could possibly create a rule for every situation. Any disputes will be settled by Elders. Any player who takes advantage of gray areas or loopholes will be considered cheating and may be asked to leave the event depending on the severity of the transgression. The Harchaon Hil Wargaming Club reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership to any individual who does not play safely or does not follow the rules.

As in any physical activity, it is the players/members responsibility to take all precautions to avoid injuries, such as wearing protective gear, building & maintaining safe weapons used for combat, and abiding by all the rules of the game. The Harchaon Hill Wargaming Club is not responsible for any injuries to players/members attending any game events.
