Nobles: The Noble council aids in the rulings of the group. The Nobles vote on any rule additions or changes. Nobles also may be called upon to acts as Marshals and Elders for the group if no others are present.

Marshals and Elders:
Marshals and Elders exist to make sure that the participants are playing by the rules and are playing safely. Marshals are responsible for looking over weapons, armor and costumes before the event takes place to make sure they are allowable within reasonable guidelines. If there is a dispute between players, Marshals/Elders will make a judgement based on the situation. The Marshal/Elder's judgement is final. Players who are chosen to Elder are given an extra battle credit for the event day. Marshals and Elders do not get votes in the Noble Council.

INSPECTION AND DUES

Before the event starts, all weapons, armor, and costumes will be inspected for safety without exception. Illegal items that Marshals will be checking for include, but are not limited to, are sharp edges on armor, spikes on costumes, and insufficient padding on weapons. Playing with unsafe weapons or armor may lead to suspension or expulsion from the club. Not wearing the appropriate garb may lead to loss of battle credits and/or suspension from the group. Spells and spell components will also be checked for safety and to make sure spells are appropriate length.

There are no fees for joining or attending battles at this time. Donations are always welcome.
